2. Down Payment (part of the down payment) $3500 should be payed for us to take the home of the market and start paperwork.The rest when your home is delivered and for non cash buyers,monthly payments starts 2 months after delivery

3. Documentation and Signing (Within a 3 Days):
• Digital Signing: All necessary documents will be sent to you electronically for e-signature, .Once you make your reservation payment,this paperwork starts immediately and the contract is provided with invoice including prove of down payment for signing .
4. Delivery and Installation (Approximately 2 Weeks and 4 days):
• Scheduling: Once the down payment and documents are finalized, we’ll coordinate the delivery and installation of your home.
• Process: Our team will handle both delivery and complete installation, ensuring your home is move-in ready.
5. Move-In:
• After installation, you’ll be all set to enjoy your new home.
